Chief Executive Officer

Sean joined Foundation Wellness in 2020 directly from Faultless Brands in Kansas City where he served as CEO and successfully transitioned the company from family owned to Private Equity ownership. Prior to Faultless, he spent 18 years in Consumer Products including 4+ years at adidas, working on their ice hockey business and 14 years at Procter & Gamble in various Marketing roles. Sean has worked on big, global brands such as Pampers, Crest and Oral-B and has spent time internationally leading Europe Oral Care marketing for 3 years based out of Geneva, Switzerland.

Sean completed his degree from Concordia University in Saint Paul, MN after earning the bulk of his credits from various Colleges while playing Professional Hockey.

Vice President of Human Resources

Tanya joined Foundation wellness in 2023, with over 15 years of HR, business, and operations experience in multiple industries. In her prior roles, Tanya was the Head of HR at Royal Chemical and Sweeping Corporation of America, where she led organizational talent strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. With a strong background in plant
operations, lean manufacturing, and high-performance work systems from her work at J.M. Smucker, Henkel and Rockwell Automation, Tanya is well-rounded to lead the HR function at Foundation Wellness.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations and an Executive Master of Human Resource Management from Cornell University. She is certified in Lean Manufacturing and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Chief Marketing Officer

Steve joined Foundation Wellness in 2020, bringing to the company over 20 years of marketing and business leadership across a variety of industries.  As the company’s marketing leader, Steve is responsible for marketing strategy, ecommerce, digital marketing, and innovation. Prior to joining Foundation Wellness, Steve spent 14 years with Procter
& Gamble, 3 years at Abbott Nutrition and successfully ran his own consulting and training firm. Steve has worked on global billion-dollar brands, with startups, and had roles in China and on the Walmart and Target customer teams.

Steve holds a BSBA from the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He also holds a certification in digital marketing from the Johnson School of Business
at Cornell University.

Vice President of Branded Marketing and Innovation

Kayla joined Foundation Wellness in 2019 with the acquisition of Foot Petals. Previously Kayla served as Brand President of Foot Petals and since the acquisition has taken on a broader role in brand strategy and innovation for all Foundation Wellness brands. Kayla is a consumer focused and driven leader with 17 years of experience across all roles in the retail landscape.  Prior to joining Foundation Wellness Kayla worked for RG Barry, Caleres, Kirlin’s Hallmark, and Macy’s gaining expertise across planning, buying, sales management and brand ownership.

Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Truman State University.

Vice President of Operations

Bill joined Foundation Wellness in 2010, bringing to the company over 20 years of progressive Operations and Distribution experience.  As the company’s strategic operations leader, Bill is responsible for managing all manufacturing, distribution, purchasing, design/development, scheduling and maintenance across all lines of business.  Bill also oversees our Vietnam operations and acts as the Chairman for these facilities. Prior to joining Foundation Wellness, Bill worked in the automotive and steel industries.

Chief Sales Officer

Nick joined Foundation Wellness in 2020, brining to the company over 20 years of sales and operations leadership across a variety of industries. As the company’s sales leader, Nick is responsible for sales strategy, customer relationships and channel management. Prior to joining Foundation Wellness, Nick spent 12 years at Monsanto as their Director of Procurement and 8 years at Vi-Jon as their Vice President of Sales. Nick has worked on global supply chains, commodity hedge funds, consulted on start ups and built sales teams for Walmart and Amazon.

Nick holds a BA in Supply Chain Management from Eli Broad college of Business at Michigan State University, an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School.

General Manager, Custom-Engineered Products

Ryan joined Foundation Wellness in 2021 with nearly 20 years of commercial experience in strategy, sales, business development, and product management.  He is responsible for managing the P&L for the custom-engineered business unit including sales strategy, portfolio profitability, new business growth, and customer service.

Prior to joining Foundation Wellness, Ryan held various roles of increasing leadership over nine years at The Timken Company and TimkenSteel Corporation, including stops in program, product, and account management, and commercial operations.  Earlier, he worked in technical sales roles for two midsize equipment builders designing custom manufacturing systems.

Ryan holds a BS in mechanical engineering from The University of Toledo and an executive MBA from Kent State University.  He currently serves on the board of directors at two non-profit organizations in the Canton, Ohio area.

Chief Financial Officer

RJ joined Foundation Wellness in August 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. RJ had just completed the post-transaction work associated with the sale of Champion Windows & Sunrooms, a PE owned national building products manufacturing and installation company based in Cincinnati Ohio. Prior to his role in Cincinnati RJ had purchased, led, and then sold a pair of companies as an entrepreneur. Prior experience was gained as an operational and financial executive in PE and publicly held companies in manufacturing and industrial services, including approximately 30 M&A transactions globally totaling $1B. Early career foundational skills were forged as a CPA at PwC. RJ holds a BA in Business Administration with an Accounting Major and an Economics Minor.

Controller

Carrie joined Foundation Wellness in 2019 and brings 20 years of accounting and financial management experience to the Foundation Wellness team, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industry.  In this role she is responsible for the oversight of the company’s Finance function, including financial reporting, accounting, audit and tax. 

Prior to joining Foundation Wellness Carrie served in a variety of financial roles in both publicly traded companies and PE owned including Saint-Gobain, Avery Dennison and Performance Health. Most recently she served as Finance Director at Performance Health holding roles responsible for global FP&A, global manufacturing and sourcing and M&A integration. 

Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron. 

Chief Information Officer

Patrick joined the Foundation Wellness team in 2020, with 20+ years of leadership experience enabling business objectives by leveraging process and technology. As the company’s strategic information technology leader, Patrick is responsible for driving technology to transform all business functions for efficiency and scalability. Patrick’s previous experience includes global companies – both private & public - primarily focused on manufacturing and distribution; including durable medical equipment, plastic consumer products, and electronic manufacturing services.

Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Chemistry from Marietta College and holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University. Patrick is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
