Freight costs and transit times have been volatile in recent years. At Foundation Wellness, we offer several options to provide our customers with flexibility when shipping domestically or internationally. You may opt to roll freight and duty costs into the product price, or we can invoice these costs separately. Our wholly owned Vietnam facility supports our Custom Engineered Products division and our Foundation Wellness Family of Brands. We ship multiple containers each month to our Ohio headquarters, which helps customers minimize shipping costs.

Yes, we have over 60,000 square feet in our Ohio distribution center to stock finished goods for our customers. We can ship to your destination on-demand from this location. We also offer consignment warehousing to customers with limited storage options. Customers are billed monthly or quarterly for the storage space consumed.

Foundation Wellness is an expert in open cell foams, fabrics, and adhesives. Many of our customers do not have raw materials specified early in their design process. We leverage decades of experience and our buying power to help customers select the best materials for their application.

Yes, we offer turnkey packaging services for a variety of product types at both our Ohio headquarters and wholly owned Vietnam facilities. Foundation Wellness can be your one-stop shop for finished goods.

Multiple factors impact the launch timing of a new product or product line. Launch process complexity varies across products and market segments, but we typically allot time for prototyping, raw material lead time, and first production scheduling. In general, expect a minimum of three months to commercialization. Products with more complexity in design or supply chain can take far longer to launch.

While Foundation Wellness is an expert in processing open cell foams, fabrics, and adhesives, we do not consider ourselves to be design responsible for finished goods. Our team is willing to offer guidance to customers by leveraging our industry experience and knowledge. This has often helped customers reduce the time to market and improve product quality and performance.

Foundation Wellness does not typically charge customers for engineering costs tied to product development. We view this as a value-added service to the market. However, depending on your product design and our existing capabilities, new tooling (molds, dies, etc.) may be required. Your account manager will be transparent about these costs in our quotation.
