How do I register for a Foundation Wellness account?
If you do not have a Foundation Wellness account, please fill out this form. Your submission will be reviewed. Once your account is approved, you will receive an email to activate your online account with Foundation Wellness.
Where do I enter my password?
Foundationwellness.com does not use passwords for login. Enter your registered email address and you will be emailed a code. Enter the code to login.
I entered my email address at login but I did not receive the login code.
The email address you enter must match the email address registered with foundationwellness.com. If you need to add another email address to your account, please use this form for requests.
Is there a way to have a password to login in with instead of receiving a six digit code each time? I do not have access to the email address to retrieve the code.
As of right now, passwords are not an option. However, we can set up your email address and link it the main account. This way, you can place an order without having any issues with logging in and still access the main account addresses and payment information. The order will still be associated with the main account number.

Do I need a passcode each time I login?
A passcode is required for initial login. However, if you do not log out of your session and close the browser, the session will remain active the next time you come back to order. This lasts about 30 days before a new code will be required.
