NOTICE: Beginning November 10, 2025, Stable Step will begin collecting sales tax on all shipments delivered to Ohio where we did not receive a valid tax exemption certificate prior to the transaction. This change will be reflected on your invoice at the time of purchase.
Over the next quarter, we will expand sales tax collection to additional U.S. states as required. There will be no separate notification for each state; instead, if your order is subject to sales tax, it will be clearly itemized on your invoice.
If your organization is tax exempt and has not yet submitted a valid exemption certificate, please ensure it is sent to salestax@foundationwellness.com so your account can be updated accordingly.
